Delivered by qualified psychotherapist Erin Billingham and Private Care professional Sam King, these engaging workshops combine professional expertise, lived experience and extensive frontline experience supporting neurodivergent individuals. With over two decades of experience working with autistic people, individuals with ADHD and learning disabilities across health and social care, alongside Sam's added experience providing private care and support of individuals in everyday settings, we offer training that goes far beyond awareness. Together, we help organisations understand Autism, ADHD and other neurodivergent conditions through a practical, compassionate and evidence-based approach. Topics include communication, sensory processing, executive functioning, emotional regulation, reasonable adjustments, behaviour as communication and creating genuinely inclusive environments. Drawing on extensive experience across health and social care, our workshops are particularly suited to residential care, supported living services, day opportunities, education providers and organisations supporting autistic people, individuals with ADHD and learning disabilities, as well as staff who are neurodivergent as we still see many clear gaps within industries whereby ND staff needs are misunderstood, not supported, or unrecognised. Managers leave with practical strategies they can implement immediately to improve outcomes for neurodivergent individuals, strengthen staff morale, confidence and create more inclusive, supportive workplaces.
